Our aim in the recruitment process is to evaluate the candidates compliant to the company’s organizational culture with the principle of “the right person for the right position”. In line with this purpose, the recruitment process is commenced by the Human Resources Department over internet and/or newspaper advertisements when open positions occur.
Appropriate candidates are selected among the applications for the position and invited for a pre-interview. The candidates are assessed by the interviewers of the human resources, the managers of the relevant department and the general manager. The principal of these assessments is to select the candidates who fully meet the organizational values and the capabilities required by the position, and will create a difference with their performance.
